My dad had to make a claim subsequently for his policy from that same company. Unfortunately, I did not find the adviser from that company helpful or friendly when I called her to ask about the claims. So I spoke with Ros instead & she spent a lot of time helping me to understand the claim procedures & the sort of circumstances under which my dad could claim for his medical fees. I remembered feeling very confused initially & depended a lot on her to enlighten me, but she was always very helpful & patient even though that policy had nothing to do with her or her company.
